Beats Fit Pro Charging Case I use the Beats Fit Pro. With large ear buds, as soon as I close the case, they stop charging and try to connect to my phone. With the case open or with the bud tips removed it works fine. There is something with the box closing tolerance that apparently dislodges the charging pins. Most annoying! If I leave them in the case they discharge. Is there a work around for this issue?

Have you closely examined the charging cable port on the Beats charging case for any foreign debris? If none is found, it may be possible that the case is now defective and will need to be replaced.
