The Maximum Capacity of your iPhone’s battery should go down at a rate of about 1-2% per month. This varies, though. You should have your battery replaced when the Maximum Capacity reaches 80%.
You don’t have to worry about the Maximum Capacity, or about the battery in general. As long as you charge your iPhone all night, every night, and Optimized Charging is enabled, you should be good to go for about two years.
Periodically, you can check this figure if you like, but it really isn’t necessary to do so more than once a month or so, especially if you don’t notice any dramatic changes in the daily battery life of your iPhone.
