For anyone who's asking whether the ECG feature works when you travel to a region where it's available.

The answer is YES.

I live in Nigeria where ECG does not work. I'm in Saudi Arabia now and the ECG feature is working.

I will update this when I get back to nigeria.

I hope it continues working though.
