I recently had to clear all cookies and reset Safari on my work laptop (MacBook Pro M2 OS 13.4.1) and now, when I go to log back in to Safari I can't move past the cookies popup. I can click on either the accept or decline cookies message but there's no response. Is there a fix for this? I've done the usual quit & restart but I'm clueless outside of that.

I went in safari, settings, privacy, "website data managing" or similar don't know how it's translated in english, and deleted instagram part.
Force closed Safari and was able to log into IG

So is it not only my macbook, it's really a bug of something (think more on IG side than Apple)
