No Home Hub Recognized

I'm trying to setup an automation in the Home app on my iPhone but it can't be enabled as it says "Home hub not connected."

I have both an original HomePod connected and setup with my iCloud account and an Apple TV that is also setup and connected to my iCloud account.

I've already tried signing out of iCloud on the Apple TV and signing back in, including synching my Home settings.

I'm located in the Czech Republic, if that matters.

My issue appears similar. I have an Apple TV 4K as my main hub but also two HomePod mini attached to it in stereo and two more singular minis in different areas. I can airplay to them all just fine, which means it is not the WiFi, but the home app on multiple devices says no home hub is available. My Eufy cameras all still work and others that don’t require a bridge. This appears to be one specific feature associated with being a hub.

Going into home settings, I see each home hub listing as “Home hub is not responding.” It would be helpful for a blanket home reset button.
