Photos App
Is there a way to see video file names in the photos app? I downloaded my class videos and I have no ideas which one is which.

The Photos App displays Photo and Video files by thumbnail image, organised by date and by assigned album. Individual filenames are not exposed by the Photos App.
If you wish to see and/or organise photos and videos by filename, you’ll need to use a third-party File Manager App. Of the many available in the Apple App Store, perhaps consider Stratopherix FileBrowser - Document Manager, or its “pro version” FileBrowser Professional:

You might review the extensive online Manual and help files to determine suitability for your needs.

Different App Developers may be working to different design criteria - and in this case, Apple’s Photos App doesn’t meet your specific needs or expectation. This shouldn’t of itself suggest that the App is deficient, but does perhaps suggest that there will be something more appropriate for your need. In this respect, I have attempted to direct you to something more suitable that does meet your described requirement.
Apple invites submission of constructive critique and feature requests via its Product Feedback portal. For iPad and iPadOS:
If you would like to see different or enhanced functionality as relates to the Photos App, or anything else, this would be the most appropriate channel through which to make the request or offer comment.

This is ridiculous. You have to pay for something that should be standard. Photos app can tell you where the photo was taken, when it was taken, what lens it was taken with and even who’s in the photo or video. But it can’t tell you the name of the file.
