Choosing a Dell monitor for a Mac Mini M2 Pro

I have a new Mac Mini M2 Pro and I want a 32-inch monitor to go with it. I've selected this one out of the multitude I've looked at:

https://www.dell.com/en-uk/shop/dell-32-usb-c-hub-monitor-p3223de/apd/210-bdgb/monitors-monitor-accessories

Nevertheless, as you'll notice from the questions section (underneath the reviews) on that page, I'm having difficulty resolving once and for all the question of whether the 2 devices will work all right together. Dell's Display Manager software seems, for most of their monitors, to be a non-starter with Macs, but presumably that won't prevent the combination working all right? Is my assumption reasonable?

Which manufacturer's monitors (apart from Apple's!) tend to be most compatible with a Mac desktop such as the Mac Mini or Mac Studio?

Thanks for any advice!
