What to do when I purchase an iPhone and when am checking serial number it says serial number had been replaced

Return it and get your money back.
That indicates the device was replaced by Apple because it was defective or catastrophically damaged, or because it was reported lost or stolen in transit of from retail stock.
No support is available for that device. It has no warranty. Apple will not service it under any circumstances.
