iCloud recovery
My iCloud account has been disabled. Attempted recovering several times with no luck. I really need it now to pass the activation lock on the other iPhone. Please assist.
You cannot bypass an activation lock. You'll need to enter the credentials used to set up the device to unlock it. With proof of purchase, Apple may be able to assist. How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support
