Free 6 months ATV+ on Playstation 5 not working

So, turns out I could get a 6 months trial period for #AppleTVPlus because I have bought a #PlayStation5 some time ago. 2 days before my current (paid) Apple TV + subscription ended I tried getting the 6 months trial. Only to get the message that I already had a subscription. Ok, sounds logic, lets wait then. So a few days later my (paid) ATV+ subscription has ended, and I would like to start the 6 months trial, only to get the message I already used this offer, and therefore cannot use it anymore 😡. How can this be solved?

If you get a message that the offer is already used, then I think that is about redeeming once per PS5 console. Apparently devices ‘phone home’ about the redeeming of offers. Contact Sony/PlayStation about that.

I totally understand what you are saying, and I get the points mentioned. However, this is not applicable in my case. I have not used my Playstation 5 before to get the 6 months trial for ATV+. It looks like it registered when I tried the first time, while I still had a paid subscription (for 2 more days). It then said I already had a subscription. Then when that ended it said I already used the offer. So looking for someone to reset that, so I can finally redeem the offer (for the first time).
