Apple health and Komoot sync do not work even though sync is enabled in both the apps.
this issue was already reported in 2021. Looks like there is no solution yet for this bug!
please reply when this would be resolved.

Yes, Apple Health is an Apple Product. But Komooot is NOT. Apple doesn't own Komoot and Apple cannot do anything with the code in however you access Komoot. Only Komoot can work with Apple for their product to sync into Apple Health. That's why if you want to know how or if it even can, you need to contact the App Developer for Komoot.
Also, just in case you think you're communicating with anyone from Apple here, you are not. This is a user to user only forum. But I've been here for more than a decade and I know Apple would recommend you reach out to the App Developer for help with their product as well.

Komot is NOT an Apple product. Contact the developer of whatever Komot is for help.
But Apple health is an Apple product. I guess Apple health should at least know with which apps it can sync!! I am reporting something which is very relevant for Apple health. There has been other posts regarding the same issue!! I have reported the same issue in Komoot community as well. If you claim there is no issue with Apple sync on this topic then please do so.
