Apps stopped syncing to Apple Health

Hi there,

I have two apps that stopped syncing data to apple health. The first one is Flo, where I upgraded my account to premium. After that, it didn’t sync anymore.

For YAZIO, I actually switched accounts to a new one and since then it doesn’t sync anymore.

I tried turning the data connection off and on again. Tried syncing apple health with iCloud in between. Tried logging out and in again in the apps.

How can I get this to work again?

Thank you!

If you encounter any challenges with third-party applications, the best course of action is to directly contact the app developer for further assistance. Here's a brief guide on how to do it:

  1. Identify the app developer.
  2. Visit their website or app store listing.
  3. Look for their contact information or support channels.
  4. Clearly describe the issue you are facing.
  5. Provide any necessary information they may need.
  6. Follow their instructions and provide feedback.
  7. Be patient and follow up if needed.

By reaching out to the app developer, you increase your chances of receiving accurate and personalized support for the challenges you're experiencing. To contact an App developer --> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

I have the same problem with my Flo app! It stopped syncing with Apple Health even before I upgraded to premium. I’ve tried deleting Flo and reinstalling it, deleting all the data from Flo in the Health app and it just won’t sync. I’m the Health app when I tap on Menstruation, scroll down and tap on Data Sources & Access, then scroll down to Data Sources, Flo was there but “inactive.” I tap Edit in the top right corner and tap on Flo to activate it, but then going back one step and back into Data Sources, Flo is inactive again! I can’t make it work!
