My MacBook Pro is not working properly. The little rainbow circle appears at least 3 times per day. Sometimes the cursor gets frozen for several minutes. I am planning to delete everything and start it from the scratch (not from the Time Machine). Is that the best option? I already installed CleanMyMacX to clean ram and other maintenance features but not major improvements.

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN
all known to cause issues on the macOS
You do not need to "clean ram"
Advised to look for an 'officai'l uninstaller to remove the CCMX from your machine —start there.
