I purchased Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse a few months ago, the only audio option I have is spanish (I live in Chile) but I'd like to have the original english audio. I know that the audio depends on your region and that's something Apple can't control, but is there any way I could change it? Thank you!

Unfortunately you cannot add languages. It seems that Sony/Columbia Pictures has chosen to include one audio track and two subtitle tracks for your region, in what they supplied to the iTunes Store.
