Troubleshooting to CyberGhost VPN
I've bought my Macbook Pro 14" just two week ago. Unfortunately, I found the computer sometimes occurred a strange thing,
- The system notice that all applications will be FORCE QUIT, then the computer run as a tortoise. Suffer!
- The second thing was that the CyberGhost cannot be open, run and terminate properly, and the update process has been always stopping for a long time.
Based on this situation, I've searched websites for further solution, but in fact, I could not find useful methods.
After that, I tried steps as below, and finally I got quit from CyberGhost successfully.
a. Visit the official website of CyberGhost, and download the latest version;
b. Click to reinstall the application, right click to cancel the option of update and force quit once it complete installation on mac;
c. Open the Finder, and select the CyberGhost app icon, then right click to move it to trash;
d. Eventually take a look the finder, the system is well done.
