Why does the carrier say unlocked but the device is still locked?
I have contacted the network operator to request the unlock and the carrier has completed. They said on the system now it is unlocked. But my device still does not unlock so I contacted apple center. they told me on apple system it's still locked.
I stood in the middle of the two, not knowing what to do. One side said it had unlocked the other, said no. Both sides pushed the responsibility to the other party.
