Two approaches.

A. An existing empty table in Pages. Can be smaller row and columns as pasting will auto-expand to meet the pasted Numbers table dimenions.

Select the entire table in Numbers. In Pages insert a table, and then click once on the first cell (e.g. A1) where you want the Numbers table to begin. Then simply Paste. The Numbers table, and formulas will arrive in the Pages table.

Result, with the Numbers table on the right:

B. Existing table inserted in the Pages document.

Simply select Edit menu > Paste Formula Results to insert the Numbers table into Pages. Formulas and colors tag along to produce same results as above.

Tested: Pages v13.1 on macOS 13.4.1.

Hello seanpaulh,

I just achieved the following using Copy (Command + C) and Paste (Command + V). Make sure you have the entire table selected to move the entire table over! Although, I did also test with selecting and copying certain rows/columns in Numbers and pasting into Pages and this worked as well.

My best advice would be to update to the latest version of macOS. If you could share a video of this occurring that might be helpful as well! Alternatively, you could just create a table in Pages and then copying and pasting over the cells from Numbers instead of trying to get the whole table over.

Also the most recent version of macOS is 13.4.1🙂
