As your user profile is showing " MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.2 " this would be an Apple Silicon Computer that could be affected below
The " Owner Account of this computer " has that privilege to add, remove, upgrade or downgrade accounts. This would include adding more Admin Accounts and / or downgrading an ADDED Admin account
Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac
Normally the " Owner Account " is the very first Account used when the Computer was Very First Setup as New and out of the box.
Adding additional Admin Account can be done there after.
Below link will provide additional insights about the Difference between Admin Accounts and Owner Accounts

So, does it say admin under your name or not?
Usually, the person who first set up the Mac has an admin account by default, but you can check by logging in to your account and opening System Preferences > Users & Groups and viewing the list of user accounts on your Mac. Just below the user name will be the account type -- if it says "Admin" you can reset user passwords.
To do so, from that same Users & Groups screen, click on the lock and enter your admin name and password when prompted. Next, select the user you need to reset the password for and then click on the button labeled Reset Password and follow the instructions.
It's actually the admin password I forgot, not the Mac password. How can I change this password?

What happened when using Terminal Application and Copy and Paste the below command then press the Return Key
➡️ id -Gn username | grep -q -w admin && echo True || echo False. ⬅️
If the $USER is admin then True will result.

There is my name in Users&Groups, but cannot change the password. When I click on the lock, it asks for the password which I don't remember
