Is it possible to update Firmware of MacPro Server 2012?

I just wonder if it is possible to upgrade the firmware of 2012 Mac Pro Server which is running Mojave.

Mac Pro, macOS 10.14

That is NOT the latest version, and you are missing out on features. The latest version is 144.0.0.0.0

The latest version is installed while installing Mojave 10.14.6, PROVIDED, you were installing from ANY copy of High Sierra 10.13.6. You have to Boot the incoming Mojave installer directly at some point, which is the point at which the firmware update is made.

I found that using Mojave patcher I could get Mojave running, but I could not find a way around getting the firmware update installed. I eventually had to obtain a Metal-compatible graphics card to do the firmware update.

You answer all the questions in 10.13 with a MacOS screen.

do you have a metal-capable graphics card? even if it may not have Mac boot screen support?

if you do, starting from 10.13, do an Install or Re-install of Mojave onto any drive. (if you don't have 10.13 on a drive, find a drive bay and install 10.13 on a drive there. A 50 GB drive is all that is needed.)

At the beginning of the Mojave install process, it says your firmware needs to be updated. You agree to terms, specify the install location, and tell it to continue, shut down, and when starting back up, hold the power button and wait for the beep and it does the firmware update. No screens required. Five minutes later it will Restart and try to keep going on the install. an hour later it will be done, even if you can't see anything.
