Apple Watch Maps issue
I was headed out-of-state on a six and a half hour drive. I was using Apple Maps on my iPhone and Apple Watch SE (no always-on display). It was giving haptic feedback and notifying me of everything to do such as to turn in 1,000 feet. The screen would turn on as it should to show me this. What went wrong was once the screen timed out and I turned my wrist for the wake up gesture, it would return me to the watch home page, forcing me to get on my app manager and scrolling to maps every time I got nervous about missing a turn or something. Help, PLEASE. This is dangerous to not have this app working properly especially for drivers. Is there some setting that should be turned on or is this just a mistake from the company? It only happened to me this time so far, but it was my most recent time using it for navigation.
