I have an iPhone X with 256gb. I upgraded to iOS 16.5.1. It seems like the database indexes for iTunes and Apple Podcasts are a bit scrambled now. On iTunes, if I select one Bonnie Rait song, it plays a different Bonnie Rait song — the artist is correct but the song is wrong. Apple Podcasts cannot remember which downloaded ones I have played, and some podcasts that I subscribed to just disappeared from the library. Restarting the phone does not help. Any ideas? Thanks.

It sounds like you're having trouble with the metadata of your audio content. We can help.

Since you've already tried restarting, without improvement, we'd recommend checking to see if this happens with all audio content or just specific ones.

Then you can connect with Apple directly using either Get Support or if you're in a region without direct support options, you can also Contact Apple for support and service.
