Would anyone please suggest me Apple smart watch with the following features
Have internet feature through sim data or wifi. I need this feature because I often need to check my 1. mepco bill online.

No apple watch will measure blood pressure, and none are able to check bills online unless the company provides an app.
Steps is a fitbit concept though Watch will show them alongside the more important active calories and workout minutes. All Watch can make calls, but cellular versions can do so without iphone if yoy pay for the extra monthly eSIM
Regarding the above all Watch are equals. The more expensive models give more features you have not mentioned, like ECG, iphone screen mirroring, menstrual basal temperature, keyboard etc.
