cannot receive email from Liberty Utilities

Apple mail works. Xfinity works EXCEPT for an email sent by Liberty Utilities from the address to enable changing the password for their website. Liberty mail from billing support works.

Password Required," I have tried to reset my password but with no success, despite inserting my current sbcglobal.net password. To reset the password takes me to a site requiring my Yahoo account information, which I do not have, to be entered to be able to chat, let alone speak to a person. Unauthenticated email I have a charter.net email domain but occasionally receive an error message when sending email. The error message states that "this mail is unauthenticated". I can't figure out what Apple Mail settings to change to authenticate my outgoing messages. Help

Mac Mail will not verify comcast email password Earlier today my comcast email stopped working with Mac Mail. It asked for my comcast password and after entering it a pop up said it could not verify account or password. I did not change anything, it just all of a sudden popped up. I can see my email via web mail on the comcast website and comcast emails come through just fine on my iPhone and iPad. How can I fix this? Thank you!

Other than contacting Comcast, the only thing I can think of, is checking to see

If you have configured your e-mail program to block messages from some "Liberty Utilities" senders
If your e-mail client is automatically moving such messages into a "Junk" e-mail folder I(instead of your inbox).

Xfinity is not Apple. If you're having trouble with Comcast, you need to speak to their technical support.
