Hey there Larr2000,
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities.
Just to confirm, have you had a chance to reset your AirPods Pro as described in the 'Related Article' How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro that was shared on this thread?
If so, we'd recommend going through the additional steps in this next resource that can further troubleshooting this exact issue further: If your left or right AirPod isn't working - Apple Support
If there's no sound in one AirPod
1. Make sure that your charging case is fully charged.
2. Place both AirPods in your charging case and let them charge for 30 seconds.
3. Open the charging case near your iPhone or iPad.
4. Check the charge status on your iPhone or iPad to make sure that each AirPod is charging.
5. Put both AirPods in your ears.
6. Play audio to test both AirPods.
If the issue persists after the steps above, you can also try pairing your AirPods with another device to see if the issue persists. This can help us to determine if we need to look into additional options for your AirPods, or troubleshoot the device your AirPods are connected to further.
Keep us updated on the results, and we'll continue from there.
Have a great day!
