so all my photos that I have on my phone will be removed? Deleted?

Only photos in My Photo Stream album on your device will be removed. If you don't have that album or that album is empty, then nothing will be removed. See the information in the following for the location of that album: Information about the My Photo Stream shutdown - Apple Support

You may also want to check the settings on each of your devices. What kind of devices are you using in addition to your phone? On a Mac you may be using My Photo Stream with three different applications: Photos, iPhoto, or Aperture. And for each of these applications you could have created several photo libraries. Only one library at a time could be syncing with My Photo Stream and show the My Photo Stream album. If the Photo Stream is used with Photos for Mac, it will automatically download the photos into the Library, but for iPhoto or Aperture it will depend on the Preferences.
