My iPhone show an unknown part.what should I do?

Did you have the battery replaced recently?

If you did, the shop installed the wrong battery......likely because they were not authorized for Apple service or repairs.

There are more repercussions, but first we need to confirm on whether you had the battery replaced.

It is possible.....but unusual that the message would appear.....if you have not had the battery replaced and still have the original battery.
