Scan Notes image to make pdf
When I follow instructions to scan an image to make pdf I always end up with camera ready to scan something. But I want to scan image already captured. iPhone 14, iOS 16.5

You seem to be confusing and combining two very different things.
- Scanning. Scanning does involve using a camera. If you truly wish to scan an image already captured, you need either a different device with a camera (perhaps an iPad) or a hard copy of the image.
- Creating a PDF of an image. If the image is in Photos, start to print it and see if there’s an option to save it as PDF.
