Privacy Settings Indicate Collected Data from Third Party Users, Websites, and Devices

First question…

-Can a hacker change your Privacy and Security settings without consent using a link, message, or pop-up?

-Secondly, why would links, messages, and pop-ups give you access to privacy settings such as microphone, camera, and stockpile data collection from your device?

-If I found such security breaches on my device, would legal representation be the best course of action against these sites? After all, Apple identifies and values privacy for all users. Why am I seeing my the iPhone analytics feature turned on when I certainly requested to have it turned off?

-When reviewing the activity log of the data collected, how can I send a detailed report of the usernames and websites? Will Apple provide details of what was collected?

-When it comes to data encryption, why would account recovery fail to update my account on the live website? I have records of two attempts yet no change had been made to my account. I suspect potential security risks or device manipulation by hacking websites or potential users.

-Furthermore, will Apple assist me and provide me the support to help site tracking be safer and get notified when account changes do occur?
