Attempting data recovery Loop

On my Iphone 11, I was asked to make an update of the system to reach IOS 16.5.1, I then connected my Iphone to my computer for an update using Itunes.

Itunes downloaded the IOS system, installed it, but now my phone is stuck in the "Attempting data recovery mode". is there a solution without losing my data ? I can't have all my data erased to get my iphone back to normal

PS : I repeated the same process many times in vain, I forced the restart in vain also
