For example, if I say “I’m going to meet you at Disneyland”, it almost always autocorrects to “…meet you @Disneyland” With no space between the @ and the word either. Also, until I had to manually put in a shortcut for the abbreviation Mrs. , autocorrect would change it to ‘Ames’. What the heck????

To get started, if you go into Settings > General > Keyboard, do you by chance have any Text Replacements set up that may be causing these automatic changes? If you do, try removing the text replacements shown, and test the issue gain.

Have a word or phrase you use and don’t want it corrected?
1. Go to Settings> General > Keyboard, then tap Text Replacement.
2. Tapat the top right, then enter your word or phrase in the Phrase field, but leave the Shortcut field blank.
If you don't see any Text Replacements set up, it may be helpful to try resetting the keyboard dictionary as well. This will remove all custom words and shortcuts, and the keyboard dictionary will return to its default state, which may be able to help with this particular issue.

I have actually checked the keyboard shortcuts and don’t have anything in there. But, I did have to make a shortcut so that it would stop changing the word to Ames from Mrs. Also, any time I write the name, Sam, it would automatically change to Adam for whatever reason. So, since I have a child named Sam, I had to make a shortcut for that as well.
Whenever I type the word “at”, Autocorrect always replaces the actual word with @ right before the following word
