My Studio Monitor will not display Amazon Prime videos in HD. Says HDCP not compliant

Is there anything I can do? I have tried to boot into Safe Mode with Ventura, but that seems impossible. I cannot use an HDMI splitter because the monitor is USB. I have searched the internet for solutions, and no one seems to have one.

Any thoughts on this or how the heck to boot into safe mode with ventura?

Thanks.

Its an Apple Studio Monitor. I am playing the online videos with Safari. Amazon says its not HDCP compliant and will only play in low res (480) mode. its a short USB Thunderbolt cable that came with the monitor. It is perhaps 6 ft in length.
