I can’t find photo stream on my devices. Am I missing something?

Depending on when you created your Apple ID, there may not have been a Photo stream option to use. Apple ID’s created more recently no longer had the option to use Photo Stream so those people would have never had it in their settings.

I don’t know how Apple defines recently. My wife and daughter created Apple ID’s 5 years ago and the option for Photo Stream no longer existed in the photos settings.

Do you have My Photo Stream?

If you recently created your Apple ID, My Photo Stream might not be available. If My Photo Stream isn't available, use iCloud Photos to keep your photos and videos in iCloud.

Go to Settings/Photos. If you don’t see a switch for Photo Stream you never used it.
