How to sync a family member's Apple Music app with my Family Shared Apple Music?

Is it the case that you have a family subscription for Apple Music and it is not showing up for a particular member of your Family Sharing group? If so, be sure to start with your related article If you can't find your family's shared content.


If the issue is that the family member's music is not syncing across their own devices, see Use Sync Library to access your music library across your devices.


If the issue persists, use this Get Support link to contact Apple Support so that they can look into this further for you.
