Installed fonts not showing in the fonts list

Hey everyone

I have installed fonts on my iPad (running on iPadOS 16.4.1) but I don’t see them in the list of fonts to select anywhere (email app, word, etc.) as you can see in the photos attached.

What is wrong here?

I appreciate any help.

Hi there!

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We're happy to look into this with you.

We recommend making sure that you've installed the fonts properly. Did you follow the actions from article, Install and manage fonts on iPad - Apple Support?

  1. "After you download an app containing fonts from the App Store, open the app to install the fonts.
  2. To manage installed fonts, go to Settings  > General, then tap Fonts."

If you tap the ">" next to the font, what shows there? Are there any actions you need to take to make sure the font is available for use with apps on your device?

Best regards.
