My search results are small suddenly

Is this happening when you search Safari or search apps and files on your iPhone? If it is in Safari, try the steps here to see if they resolve the issue: Customize your Safari settings on iPhone - Apple Support

"Change text size

Use the Page Settings button to increase or decrease the text size.

1. Tap  on the left side of the search field.
2. Tap the large A to increase the font size or the small A to decrease it."

If this is searching on the device itself, try the Zoom settings as outlined here: Zoom in on the iPhone screen - Apple Support
