Cannot remove background images or header/footer when printing from safari on ipad

Just like the subject says I am unable to remove the header and footer nor the background images from safari pages I print. I use an invoice system that prints from Safari, on Mac/Pc I can remove the headers/footer with the click of a button when I hit print, these options do not exist on iPad from what I see. I guess my question is, why is this feature available on your max, and available on every other device except Apples iOS devices, and if it is available why is it hidden.
