Hi alfredeaux,

It appears you've posted from the support article Use Apple Music with your Android devices, so understanding what you're expecting and what's happening will be key.

My music does not appear

On an Android device the Apple Music app allows access to the Apple Music subscription service. This app will not allow access to purchased content from iTunes if that's what you're expecting. For those it would be necessary to download those purchases to a computer and then transfer using Redownload music and then follow standard file transfer options for your device.

If you are not seeing the Apple Music subscription content, the first thing to confirm is that you have an active working subscription. Go to Music on a web browser and sign in with your Apple ID to verify the service operates as expected there. Note that if you have an Apple Music Voice plan that would not be expected to work on an Android device per Apple introduces the Apple Music Voice Plan:

Once subscribed to the Apple Music Voice Plan, users can request music be played across all of their Siri-enabled devices, including HomePod mini, AirPods, iPhone, or any other Apple device, and when using CarPlay.

If the above information doesn't cover your specific situation, provide more details such as what you're seeing, what actions you're taking, any errors that display, etc.

Regards.
