Safari on macbook pro keeps logging out of all websites every 20 mins

Safari Version 16.5.1 (18615.2.9.11.7) on Macbook Pro M2 running Ventura 13.4.1

Every 15 to 20 mins, I need to re-logging to all websites I have open; this is getting very frustrating, especially since I'm working on admin pages for my websites, and when I click save, I end up losing all my changes because Safari logged me out.

I've tried clearing the cache, deleting browser history, restarting everything numerous times, changing privacy settings, and no luck. I don't know what else to do.

Can someone help me?

FWIW, this started happening to me today, but I found a suggestion on a Mac forum to quit Safari, then delete the ~/Library/Cookies/Cookies.binarycookies file. That seems to have fixed the issue for me. Apparently that file can be corrupted.

Same here. Been happening a while now.

A more serious problem has emerged too.

Since Safari 17.0 many sites that require a login go blank when you open Safari print dialog.

These are serious issues. I cannot use safari as my main browser anymore. And cannot recommend it to anyone.

The same happened with my website as well. The website itself used to logged out every 30 mins on Safari while working fine on other browsers.

Same has been happening for me since the Safari 17 update. I see it across ALL websites including Asana, Heap, all Google Services and more.

Still happening. Only 'solution' anyone seems to offer is to change browser or other drastic computer rebuilding.

No-one cares on iota about simply making things work!

I can only add or remove Dev Tools - how do you enable/disable them?

This hasn't cured it for me. After just over a day the issue has returned.
