I pressed forget my device for my Apple Pencil and it won’t show up when I try to pair it again

so I lost my Apple Pencil so I pressed forget this device on my iPad and I found it so when I’m trying to pair it again to my iPad it’s not working I need help none of the stuff is working and I charged the Apple Pencil for a whole day so it’s not dead
