Foto files from harddisk to external stick
How can I get foto files from an external harddisk to a external flashstick

What kind of photos files are you asking about? Do you want to move your complete Photos Library or or the image files of some of your photos?
- The Photos Library itself must not be stored on a slash stick, as it does does not hold the data long enough, see: Move your Photos library to save space on your Mac - Apple Support
- To save image files on the flash stick, drag the files from the folder where you are keeping them to a folder on your flash stick. That will create a copy. If you want to move them without copying them hold down the options key while you are dragging.
If the images are in your Photos Library, select them together in Photos, then use the command "File > Export". You can either save the unmodified originals (if you want to save the photos in the original quality) or export the modified versions and select a resolution and quality.
