No, as Yer_Man already stated. Only the copies of your photos cached in My Photo Stream will be erased, if you have used thisservice at all. If you want some background information, see this link:: An Ubituary of My Photo Stream - Apple Community

No. One small little-used service, PhotoStream, is closing. That's all.
