Using apple news in iraq

Hello I can’t use Apple News in iraq region it says (Restrictions Enabled

Certain apps, features, or services can't be seen or used when

Restrictions are on. To use this app, turn Restrictions off.)

and there is not any restrictions enabled how to fix it please help?

Can't use Apple News even though restrictions aren't on Hello! Apple News disappeared from my home screen. When I try to access it through the App Store, I get a message saying, "Restrictions Enabled: Certain apps, features, or services can't be seen or used when Restrictions are on. To use this app, turn Restrictions off." I went to Settings>Screen Time> Content & Privacy Restrictions, and restrictions aren't on (switch is gray). Can someone help me troubleshoot this? Thanks!

"Restrictions Enabled" message appears when trying to open the Apple News app on my Iphone. When I try to open the Apple News app in the Application app, the restrictions message appears : Reatrictions Enabled, Certain apps, features , or services can't be seen or used when Restrictions are on. To used this app, turn off restrictions. I checked and there are no restrictions and there is no activity in VPN. I tries all the options mentioned in the Apple blog. Frustrated.

I believe you will need to move to a country where it is supported.
