Can't use Apple News even though restrictions aren't on

Hello! Apple News disappeared from my home screen. When I try to access it through the App Store, I get a message saying, "Restrictions Enabled: Certain apps, features, or services can't be seen or used when Restrictions are on. To use this app, turn Restrictions off." I went to Settings>Screen Time> Content & Privacy Restrictions, and restrictions aren't on (switch is gray). Can someone help me troubleshoot this? Thanks!

iPhone 14, iOS 17

Found the solution: I had changed my region to Romania (where I recently moved) yesterday. When I changed it back to United States and then restarted my iPhone, the problem was solved.

Apple should really change the error message to reflect the problem being the region rather than incorrectly saying it's due to restrictions.
