I accidentally logged a 22-hour workout, how do I remove it?

I logged a workout done with my watch off, and I messed up the end date and logged 22 hours of exercise on accident. I deleted the workout but it still shows in my exercise ring.

How do I delete this day from my Apple Health history? If this isn't possible on my end, can an Apple employee please remove June 23-24, 2023 from my health app?

Deleting this day would be the only way I can get the exercise record badge legit without logging another 22-hour exercise.

You can delete it from Apple Health. I don't know if that will delete it from the Rings in the Fitness app. You'll just need to try.

Open the Health app. Tap "Browse" in the lower right corner. Tap "Activity". Swipe down until you see "Workouts" and tap on it. Swipe all the way down to "Show All Data". Tap "Edit" in the upper right corner". Tap the little red minus to the left of the workout you want to delete.
