iPhone 11 makes and receives calls but there is no sound.

iphone 11 makes and receives calls but there is no sound. Sometime crackling and sometimes the other person can hear.

My husband switched his carrier to a new one and he switched his number from Tracfone to an unlocked iphone11 that I gave him. Now no sound when calling others but otherwise the sound works fine. Could it be the network?

My iPhone 6s Plus also face this problem can call but no sound on all cellular network and get contact calls, but it goes well on Whatsapp FB Telegram and other apps that have calling function
