What you're experiencing is expected behavior. You are unable to use a backup created with a now deleted Apple ID. If you need assistance in removing Activation Lock continue with the guidance listed here: How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support
Start a support request
If you need help removing Activation Lock and have proof of purchase documentation, you can start an Activation Lock support request.

I had deleted my old Apple ID in 2021 and made a backup in iTunes. Then I set up this backup when I was setting up my new iPhone. However, since the ID has been deleted, I can't do anything to my phone right now. So you can understand that I installed the backup with my apple ID, which is not valid, on the new phone. And it asks for the password to my ID, which I just deleted! I remember the password I enter but it says apple ID is invalid or not supported. I can't change Apple ID! I can't restore from iTunes (the iphone says turn off Find My, I can't do that without entering the ID) I can't do it at the exit! please help me with what I will do!
