Why is Apple TV + service not playbg any shows. It wants me to sign up and I checked my subscription it is still active. Only states I can play free first episode

Please sign in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), using the Apple ID account that has the subscription linked to it. Then your subscription will be recognized.

I cannot play anything keeps wanting to sign up again and I checked I am a valid subscription
