Apple tv+ won't let me start a subscription

I've tried with multiple different devices now but when I click start a free trial nothing happens. Page stays the same, nothing happens. MLS subscriptions work, just clicking Apple tv+ subscription does nothing. Help please!

Please contact Apple Support for assistance. Unlike our “maybe this” or “maybe that”, they should be able to see what is holding back activation.
