I accidentally tab into Payment & shipping setting and it got stuck, can not go back, it shows a cancel button in the upper left corner, when I press it I can't go back to the previous screen, other functions are still normal, and can only be exited by swiping up from the bottom.

From the screen you are on, go ahead and swipe up like you described.
Next, close settings using these steps:
1. From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.
2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.
When you open Settings again, you should be back at the start.
