Forgot the password for Apple ID, and unable to reset.

I have an Apple ID that I forgot the password to that I have been unable to reset for a while. I went through the steps of resetting and recovering it through iforgot, but it asks me for a trusted device, phone number or to use its iCloud address. Which I am all unable to access (can’t use the email as it logged me out and can’t login because of email).

Whenever I go through the steps of recovery, I select that I do not have any of the things needed to recovery, and it proceeds to say it will take a few day (understandably) but that it will email the details and next steps to the very same email I don’t have access to. Even after I clicked that I do not have access.

[Can’t access trusted device as it was stolen, but still appears on the list of trusted devices?]
